Processing Times
Orders are processed within 24–48 business hours, Monday–Friday between 8 AM and 5 PM Central Time (CDT). Orders placed outside of these hours or around holidays may require additional processing time.

Shipping & Delivery
All beef is vacuum-sealed, frozen, and shipped in insulated boxes with ice packs or dry ice. We currently ship to the continental U.S. only.

Meat Condition on Arrival
Your beef should arrive frozen or cold to the touch (at or below refrigerator temperature). If partially thawed but still cold, it is safe to refreeze or use.
If your order arrives warm or damaged, contact us within 24 hours with photos so we can make it right.

Local Delivery
We offer free personal delivery within 40 miles of the farm for orders over $150. Coordinate with us directly to set a delivery time.

Dry Ice Handling Disclaimer
Some shipments may contain dry ice to keep products frozen during transit. Dry ice can be dangerous if mishandled:

  • Do not touch dry ice with bare skin

  • Handle with gloves or a towel

  • Keep out of reach of children

  • Allow leftover dry ice to evaporate in a well-ventilated area
