Where is Jessee Farms located?
Jessee Farms is a family-owned farm located in Columbus Kansas, raising high-quality beef for over 50 years.
How is your beef raised?
Our cattle are raised with regenerative practices, grazing on open pasture with plenty of space to roam. We avoid routine antibiotics and never use added hormones.
Are your cattle grass-fed or grain-fed?
Both. Cattle are pasture-raised on grass and forage, then finished on a carefully balanced grain-based diet. This method supports healthy growth and creates well-marbled, flavorful beef.
Shipping & Delivery
How is the beef shipped?
Vacuum-sealed and frozen, your beef ships in insulated boxes with ice packs or dry ice.
Where do you ship?
We currently ship to the continental United States.
Do you offer local pickup?
We don’t offer pickup at this time, but we do personally deliver within 40 miles of the farm on qualifying orders. You can select this option when checking out or just contact us to coordinate.
Can I choose a specific delivery date?
While we can’t guarantee exact delivery dates, we’ll do our best to work with you—especially for special occasions.
What if my order arrives thawed or damaged?
Contact us within 24 hours with a photo and we’ll make it right.
Meat Storage & Use
How should I store the beef once it arrives?
Keep it in the freezer until ready to use. To thaw, place in the refrigerator overnight.
Can I refreeze thawed meat?
If your meat is still cold to the touch (under 40°F), it is safe to refreeze or cook.
Can I request a custom box or bulk order?
Yes! Reach out and we’ll try to accommodate your request.
Gifting & Extras
Do you offer gift boxes or gift cards?
Not yet—but we’re working on it! Contact us if you’re interested in sending Jessee Farms beef as a gift.
Orders and Returns
What is your return policy?
All meat sales are final due to the perishable nature of our products.
We stand behind the quality of our beef. If something arrives incorrect, damaged, or unsafe, notify us within 24 hours with a photo and description. We’ll offer a refund, store credit, or replacement depending on the situation.
